Contest Rules
1. One entry per person per question. New Question posted every two weeks.
2. Entries must be fully completed and submitted through the online form. No other type of entry will be accepted and KBB is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. All entries become the property of KBB.
3. One winner will be randomly selected from all correct entries. Decision of the judges is final. Winner will be notified by phone or email.
4. Prizes or vouchers from sponsors must be claimed from KBB office within 30 days of notification. Winners must provide acceptable proof of identification.
5. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and must be accepted and redeemed as awarded. KBB and contest sponsors retain the right, at their sole discretion, to make substitutions that are similar in style and value to prize offered. Any tax due is responsibility of winner. By accepting the prize, winner releases KBB from all liability. Kissinger Bigatel & Brower cannot be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with the accepting or use of prize.
6. By accepting the prize, winner authorizes KBB to post their name and their correct answer on 1kbb.com and in any medium which KBB may deem appropriate for purposes of advertising and promotion. No additional compensation or authorization will be necessary for this use.
7. Contest open to residents of the U.S. only. Employees of KBB and family members of employees are ineligible.
8. If prize involves travel, winner and companion must agree to Terms & Conditions of travel as outlined by sponsor when prize is accepted.
9. Information collected through entries will not be used for any purpose other than associated with this contest. We will not solicit participants (unless requested) and KBB will not share this information with any third party for the purpose of solicitation.
10. This contest is subject to all Federal, State, and Municipal laws.
11. KBB reserves the right to terminate this contest at any time without notice.
