The day of your real estate Auction is fast-paced and exciting. However, the weeks before will be very busy with intense marketing strategies put into action. We don’t just advertise; we MARKET your property to buyers! KBB knows this from 75 successful years of selling real estate. Here’s where our real estate connections truly work for you. Most real estate buyers work with buyer’s agents. We interact with these buyer agents everyday.

Your real estate property will be featured on 1kbb.com. 1kbb.com is ranked No. 1 for most relative Google searched real estate terms and is viewed by approximately 12,000 unique visitors each month. Our REALTORS tour your property and preview it for their buyers. Open Houses, full color brochures, print advertising, direct mail, email and several highly ranked auction websites will all be employed to make sure we reach all interested buyers.

KBB Auction Advantage: KBB can customize a two-step strategy using traditional brokerage for the initial offering and then auction the property if not sold by the date you specify. No more missed opportunities. We offer you choices; YOU decide what's in your best interest and we'll get the job done.

Generally, there are three types of auctions:

Absolute Auction - The property is sold to the highest bidder, regardless of the price.

Minimum Bid Auction - A minimum bid is published and bids will only be accepted at or above this price.

Reserve Auction - Sellers can set a reserve on their property. This is a minimum price that will be accepted, but that is sometimes kept confidential to increase competition. Seller has right to accept or reject the highest bid within a specified period of time (usually immediately following auction up to 72 hours after auction concludes).
