Found a property that you love? Save it to your Favorites to view again later just by clicking the "Save to Favorites" button. If you already have an account, your favorites will be sent there. If you do not already have an account, you can create one simply and easily.
If you would like more information on all of your favorites or just to send your list of favorites to your REALTOR®, click the request more information button on this page. Your Favorites will be emailed to KBB and if you selected a REALTOR® when you created an account, they will be sent directly to that agent! Simple!

Begin a search anywhere on our site. When you get your search results, click the "Save Search" icon in the top right. If you already have an account, your will be prompted to log in and title your search. If you do not already have an account, you can create one simply and easily.
How do I Create an Account at 1kbb.com?
Begin a search anywhere on our site. When you get your search results, click the "Save Search" or "Save to Favorites" icon. You will be presented with a log-in page. Click the "Register for Free" link. Just enter a username, password, and email address and you're done!
How do I view My Account?
Click on the "My Account" link on the right side near the top of the page. Log in. There you can view your saved searches and your favorites. For even easier access, if you are using a private computer, click the "Remember Me" button when you register and you will automatically be logged in when you visit 1kbb.com from that computer.
