Bellefonte is a borough of approximately 6200 people located three miles south of Interstate Route 80 and only 10 miles or a 20-minute commute to Penn State University. Bellefonte (French for "beautiful spring") was named for the French statesman Talleyrand. This enormous spring is the site of beautiful Talleyrand Park. Put it on your must-visit list!
