About Jennifer Glantz

I have called the State College area home for the majority of my life; however, there was a time when my quest for earning my Master’s Degree in Elementary Education took me and my husband, Brennan, to Pepperdine University in Southern California, and for 10 years, we resided there. 

Still, our home has always been Central Pennsylvania. We grew up here, went to college here and today we call Bellefonte home. 

What the time away from the area gave me was a fresh perspective on the State College community. 

The region has grown in so many aspects, yet it is rich with tradition. Sharing this unique view of our community with my clients is truly satisfying. Whether they’ve lived here all their lives, have returned after an absence or are new to the area, many clients discover new facets of the area they love. It is during my “town tours” that I point out the many amenities, the steadfast history and even a few hidden gems that lie within our strong community.

Prior to earning my real estate license, I was an elementary school teacher. Today, I make real estate my career. I take great pride in the depth of new construction and design knowledge I’ve gained from my involvement in my husband's design and construction companies, and in 2010, I earned NAR’s Green Designation – which helps me assist homeowners in making savvy and environmentally sound decisions about their homes.
