Lara started her career in Real Estate on the suggestion from several impactful people in her life. She was a stay-at-home mom who was ready to explore the next chapter of her career. Her love of people, details, and homes made the job a perfect fit for Lara. The exposure to unique situations, both challenging and rewarding, is priceless for her. She has met many incredible people who became dear friends and loves to make a difference in her clients' stories by helping them through their transitions with confidence and integrity. Lara has been building her own Real Estate business since 2015, has served on the MLS committee for three years, and is a current Partner at KBB Realtors.
Lara grew up in Wisconsin and after graduating high school, moved to Texas with her family. In 2007, she made the decision to return to the land of trees, rolling hills, and seasons and moved to State College. She recognized the special qualities of a small town with a big university. Lara loves the area for its celebration of diversity, growth, and forward thinking. In 2017, Lara married her husband, Shawn, blending their families into an exciting 7. Their 5 children range in age from elementary school through college. When her hands are not busy in real estate, Lara loves to cook together, watch football, hang out with her kids, and travel when possible.
