is an experienced Realtor who’s been in the industry for over 30 years.
A Penn State
graduate and lifetime State College
resident, he has spent many of those years working in new homes and construction sales, giving him the distinct advantage of knowing what a home should look like when it’s brought to market.
“Having an agent who knows how homes are built and the current value of upgrades can be a valuable asset,” Curt said.
Buyers will find comfort in his ability to recognize homes that are a good deal and ones that will need a significant amount of work.
“I devote a lot of time to first-time homebuyers
,” he said. “Since many new buyers gravitate toward ‘fixer-uppers,’ I can help show them which homes to purchase and which to avoid.”
Over the years, Curt has received multiple awards, including the NAHB Platinum and Gold awards, and the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award. He’s also a member of the Centre County Board of REALTORS®.
Curt is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his family. He’s also active in the community, having volunteered with the Big Brother/Big Sister program, the American Red Cross, Walk for Autism and more.
"My personal experiences in the community and at Penn State are why I now enjoy helping buyer and seller clients in the great Centre County
marketplace!“ Curt said.
