Ellen launched her real estate career after moving to State College in 1993. Her years of experience give her a competitive edge when navigating today's ever-changing market conditions and financing. This experience, combined with her excellent problem solving skills, network of trusted tradespeople, in depth local market knowledge, attention to detail, and contract knowledge make her a valuable asset for buys and sellers alike. She works with residential, commercial, multi unit investment, land sales and new construction. Ellen has owned and managed commercial properties and was previously a co-owner of a real estate brokerage. She has also personally bought and sold many properties and understands firsthand the stress and challenge of moving.

Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, Ellen worked in the Hotel industry with Marriott Hotels. There she took on a wide range of responsibilites and managed upwards of 300 employees and managers at her last hotel assignment. From there, Ellen joined the start up team of Fairfield Inns brand as Director of Room Operations. Tasks included developing operating procedures, equipment evaluation and purchase, site visits and oversight of the turnover of new construction to the operating team.

Ellen has all of the knowledge, skills, and determination needed to make your real estate transaction as smooth and easy as possible. After 25 years in the business, she knows the local market, the local regulations, and the other real estate professionals.
