Safely, surely, and successfully leading you through a sale or purchase! This adorable pup is peeking out because he doesn't know all the precautions in place...  With a guarded protocol,  on May 8th, we are ready to resume in-person real estate services in State College, Bellefonte, Boalsburg, Centre Hall, and all of Centre County.  Here in Pennsylvania, since mid-March, we've been working virtually and diligently to bring Sellers and Buyers the service they deserve.   Now, with proper precautions in place, we can resume in-person service.  The strictly adhered to Safety Standards include masks, gloves, booties, and continued social distancing.  Additionally, only 2 people at any one time are permitted to be touring homes.  We've asked our sellers to leave lights on and doors ajar.  This eliminates the Buyer and/or the Buyer Agent having to really touch anything once inside.  (No need to flip a switch on, open a pantry door, etc.)  Since the start of this pandemic, we at KBB have been committed to stopping the spread.  We're not going to stop now!

Let us know how we can help you Sell your real estate or Buy a new home!  We're watching out for your safety (and ours) and we're ready!

Coronavirus Quarantine in Pennsylvania caused a disruption to real estate sales in Centre County, yet KBB agents continued to work virtually and diligently.  With guarded measures in place to prevent a spike of the virus spread, we are confident we can help you Sell your State College home.
