Question: Why Real Estate?

Kayleen's Answer: I’ve always leaned into areas where I can help people. What better than real estate?! Helping folks find a home and create the life they want in our town is such a fulfilling thing. Seeing people grow and change as they take the huge step into homeownership is just so fun for me. Real Estate also gives me the opportunity to connect with our community (restaurants, shops, business owners) and pass along little tidbits of info to folks who may not know what all Centre County brings to the table.

Question: Why Real Estate?

Doc's Answer: Melissa inspired me towards my decision to enter the Real Estate profession. She is always so excited when she finds someone the home of their dreams and I want to experience that same sensation. I’m nearing retirement in my current profession and couldn’t think of a better way to stay involved in the community, grow as an individual, and help others.

Question: What's your favorite part of the job?

Doc's Answer: I’ve been licensed for nine months now, and my favorite part of the job is meeting so many interesting people and listening to their stories. It’s in my nature to truly listen and understand others and then try to help them achieve their goals, Real Estate is the perfect setting for that.

Question: Why Real Estate?

Michele's Answer: I’ve been around real estate for a long time- my father has been in the business for over 30 years, so whether I like it or not it’s in my blood. Fortunately, I love it. I grew up watching his efforts, listening to his conversations, and seeing his results which fueled my desire to follow in his footsteps. Now instead of being on the sidelines I actually work alongside him which is really fun. I now have a family of my own with 4 young children, and my 7-year-old daughter wants to be a 'real-estater' when she grows up - at least as of today!

Jordan's Answer: Real Estate is flexible and I can work while I still continue to help with the  PSU wrestling program.

Chris's Answer: I decided to go into a career in real estate because it's what I have wanted to do for a very long time and it fits my personality well. When I retired from Penn State, I knew this was the time for me to embark on the career I was meant to do. I have always invested in real estate -- flipping, renting, subdividing land. I am now taking the knowledge gained from my personal investing and helping others realize their dreams. I believe that real estate is a means for individuals to put themselves into a better position financially. Buying, rather than renting, allows people to build equity and become financially secure.
