"Erin and Lindsey sold our house in State College after we found out my husband was being transferred out of state for work. After interviewing a few realtors, we decided to go with Erin and Lindsey because of how prepared and professional they were at our first meeting. Our decision proved to be a great one! During their initial walk-through of our house, Erin and Lindsey noticed simple and affordable updates we could make to our house that no other realtor who had walked through had suggested. These small “fixes” made a huge difference in our home’s appearance! They helped us stage our home while still making it livable and functional for our family 7 as we prepared to move. Throughout the stressful process of showings, packing, feedback, and negotiations after offers, Erin and Lindsey were always 100% supportive, understanding when emotions ran high, and had our back. They respected our decisions about things, even if some of those decisions may not have been the ones they necessarily would have made. When the call came that we had an above asking offer on our house, they shared our joy and excitement and then walked us through inspections and closings seamlessly, even though we were already living 500 miles away! We would recommend Erin and Lindsey 110%! They are knowledgeable, professional, kind & caring, yet they are not pushovers and fought for us to receive a fair deal. They work for their clients and were there for us through the lows and the highs. We had never sold a home before but Erin and Lindsey walked us through each and every step with precision and grace and made the process a smooth one. "Purchased a home and Lindsey was our realtor. There was some complications with purchasing the home. Lindsey did her part to stay on top of everything and did an excellent job making sure that everything got done that was needed. Thanks to her we are finally in our new home. "If you are looking for a realtor I would recommend Erin and Lindsey without reservation. They are intelligent about the industry, easy to work with, willing to put the effort in for you to find a house that suits you. Because there are two of them they are extremely responsive and happy to help. We  were first time home buyers and they were able to navigate this process with us smoothly. They allowed us to negotiate freely and I never felt any pressure from them. They kept us informed the entire time which was so helpful since it was our first time. There are so many different reasons to choose them but I think the best is that they are great realtors and genuinely love helping people find their dream home."
