Within, find a spacious kitchen/dining area with large table, a generous living room with wood-burning fireplace and a practical full bath. Ascend to the loft and discover plenty of sleeping space, lots of windows and two skylights. Propane fuels a large stove/range, refrigerator, hot water heater and lamps. Gravity-fed water is provided from a mountain spring. Lease is $200/year.
